Bismillah. Today, im working as usual. AM shift means, working from 7 am until 5 pm. And of course this shift was the most luxurious time ever for a houseman if they are working. IF AND ONLY IF THEY CAN GO BACK ON TIME. While my husband still cannot offtag yet. Its friday and usually rounds with a specialist was a bit late. Guess what, we are having rounds after solat Jumaat and finished our ward rounds until 5 pm. All wardworks were carried out until 6 pm. My lower abdominal pain cramps was getting stronger.  after I helped my mates to take septic workout i quickly went to PAC for scan. because Im afraid something happened with my pregnancy. Luckily, the MO oncall at OnG was my MO who used to be my fav MO during my OnG posting. She scanned me and she cannot see any intrauterine gestational sac (means no sac in the uterus seen) But she saw something at my cervix. Bismillah. i still remembered. at this time this was my first postcall at paediatrics posting. with double oncalls. i suffered 3 days with high grade fever but still forcing myself to go for oncall. luckily, my mate is very kind and understanding. i end up went to emergency department cause im afraid that im having dengue. non curable even with regular paracetamols. it was quite hurt, when the MO said, "ha, nak MC latu" and i told her that i dont need one. today im postcall and im having offday the next day. yes. judgemental is everywhere. especially when you are a houseman. my friend in ed took my FBC and Alhamdulillah everything is normal when i came back from ed, i noted that im having bleeding. im a bit happy cause now i know the source of the fever. might be because im having period (lewat seminggu tak silap) but after two days. my period stopped. i felt heavy cramping in my lower abdominal. but there's no blood! i dont know why but Al...
