Bismillah.
Today, im working as usual. AM shift means, working from 7 am until 5 pm.
And of course this shift was the most luxurious time ever for a houseman if they are working.
IF AND ONLY IF THEY CAN GO BACK ON TIME.
While my husband still cannot offtag yet.
Its friday and usually rounds with a specialist was a bit late.
Guess what, we are having rounds after solat Jumaat and finished our ward rounds until 5 pm.
All wardworks were carried out until 6 pm.
My lower abdominal pain cramps was getting stronger.
after I helped my mates to take septic workout i quickly went to PAC for scan.
because Im afraid something happened with my pregnancy.
Luckily, the MO oncall at OnG was my MO who used to be my fav MO during my OnG posting.
She scanned me and she cannot see any intrauterine gestational sac (means no sac in the uterus seen)
But she saw something at my cervix. Suspected miscarriage or the embryo was implanted there.
I was admitted to gynae ward to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
BhCG was taken for the first time and the results was 500 something.
The second bHcg need to be taken after 48 hours to see the trend of bhcg.
if its doubling means im having normal pregnancy despite of the scan results which might be too early, thats why we cannot see through TVS scan.
if the increament plateuing means ectopic pregnancy and i will have to go through
Laparoscopic for diagnostic purposes
Second Bhcg: 1300 ++ means normal pregnancy alhamdulillah.
i was allowed to be discharged the next day.
and my husband finally offtag!
